If you want to bring your blog to the next level you need to make the most out of your time online.  When I sit down at my desk I know exactly what I’m going to do over the next 5 hours. I have to or I waste more time everyday then you can imagine. Who knows, maybe your just like me and you’re wasting your time too.

My first piece of advice is related to your e-mails. Under no circumstances can you skip an e-mail and come back to it later. You have to deal with the matter immediately and get it done and out of your way.
