Excuses BeGone is a book that clearly lays out ways for you to stop making excuses and change your overall way of thinking. It is written by Dr. Wayne Dyer, and is very well written.
It talks about the “mental viruses” we create in our own thought process, and how to change it. If you are having problems with making excuses all the time on why you can’t do something, I suggest you check out this book!
