Blogging Tip – Walk Away | Quick Blogging Tip Thursday

Quick Blogging Tip Thursday – Walk Away

My Brother - Walking Away

This week’s Blogging Tip Thursday involves productivity. EVERYTIME I take my dog, Sadie, outside, either for a walk or just to do her thing, things get clear to me. I’ll come up with fresh ideas or remember something that I meant to accomplish or think of an improvement on whatever I’m working on.

Sitting in front of the computer too long can cause us to spend too much time spinning our wheels or losing focus. So the next time you find yourself feeling a bit unfocused – walk away. Try doing something that doesn’t seem very productive. And watching TV doesn’t count, it needs to be something that allows thought to flow. If you’re on a roll, don’t break the momentum but if things are getting slow in the productivity or creativity departments, try taking a quick break. This blogging tip can extend to every aspect of your business.
