In today’s Social Media Monday Episode, Mike goes through a great review of both Hootsuite and Tweetdeck, which are 2 great Twitter apps. The biggest difference is Hootsuite is a web app, and Tweetdeck is a desktop app.
I have always been a big fan of Tweetdeck, at least over the last 2 years. In the last few weeks I have been testing Hootsuite, and I do like it better since the last update. I prefer an app that runs…
I have been on plenty of social networks, so today I thought I would talk to you about my favorites, and why they are my favorites. A couple of years ago, I was probably active on 20+ social networks. I was addicted to wasting time! Even though I wasted a lot of time, I also learned from my experiences.

This is, and has been, my favorite place for networking. Even though it has it’s problems at times I still…

I touched briefly on the big Facebook issue going around. I don’t know the details of it, and I really don’t care much about it. But if you don’t like it, just simply use the “delete account” feature and move on. Why waste valuable…
In today’s Social Media Monday, Mike from MikeStenger.com talks about scheduled tweets and social media automation.
Mike hits on some great points here with “automating” your social media. I have been testing a few scheduled tweets, and saw good results from it, but I am also very active on twitter with @replies and RT’s of other peoples articles that I think my followers will like.
Something else I have been testing is Twitterfeed. This service allows you to setup tweets…
